We’re confident you’ll love everything you order from us—but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them. We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.

Important Note: Returns are subject to a return fee, which varies depending on your location. For international returns, such as from North America or Europe, the flat rate is $40 USD, as items are shipped back to our warehouse in Bali. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Is something not right? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll get it straightened out for you.

• You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to return it to us. Nuamore does not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.
• The item(s) must be unworn. Keep it free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is made.
• Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
