Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Items must be returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch
  • Sets must be returned as a complete set — individual items from a set cannot be returned separately
  • Returns must be made from the same country in which the order was originally placed

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Mystery gifts and complimentary free gifts
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Free replacements

Refused & Rejected Packages
If a package is refused or rejected at delivery, a refund will not be issued unless the item is successfully returned to us. If you have a change of mind after placing your order, please accept the delivery and make a return request

Processing & Delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Nuamōre is not liable for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Nuamōre reserves the right not to issue a refund for orders that cannot be recovered.

Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property, including any safe spots, mailboxes, or with neighbours
  • Allow 2 business days after the delivery scan, as carriers occasionally update tracking early

We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a two-year warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Nuamōre.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
  • If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
  • If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
  • Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
